Question: I have a Georgia real estate license and I do not want to pay the board of Realtors or the MLS, can I still sell real estate full-time without these fees with your company?

Expert Reply: Hi Chuck, If you activate your Georgia real estate license with us, you will not have to join the Board or the MLS as we are not members of these associations. But, you would not be allowed to sell real estate. Instead, you would be able to refer your real estate business to agents that are Board and MLS members that sell full-time. You can refer to agents all over the world and collect the referral fee once the transaction closes since you would have an active real estate license with Park Place. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
