Lake Mary Blvd Suite 220, Lake Mary FL, 32746. Phone: Please only provide your cell phone, direct number, toll free number, or your direct fax number. Our office number or fax number should not be on your business cards as you would like anyone who receives your card to be able to get a hold of you directly. Email: Use your own personal email address that you check often so you don't miss a potential referral. Website: Use the webpage that we have built for you. If we have not made you a website yet, you can sign up here . Quotes: Below is a couple of quote ideas that you can use on the front of your business cards. If you would like to come up with your own quote, simply email us and we will let you know if it is in compliance. "Contact me before Any Real Estate transaction, I will make sure you're with the right Agent" "Connecting you with Real Estate Professionals all over the World" "Your source for your Real Estate needs anywhere in the World" "Your Real Estate Connection, Worldwide & Locally" "Contact me for any of your Real Estate needs, anywhere in the World" "Connecting you with any Builder in the State" Proofread! Before you submit the payment to any company for the business cards, make sure everything is correct and double checked, especially the correct URL if you are adding a website link. You don't want to receive cards in the mail that you recently paid for with the wrong information.

  • Facebook Ads | Park Place Realty Network

Marketing Guide Get leads through purchasing Facebook ads Facebook currently has over 2.5 billion users with over 1.5 billion logging in every single day. Marketing to your fan base is a great and free way to market to your referral business which you can read all about here . But, what about the other 1.5 billion people who use Facebook that you don't know? The way you can market to others is buy purchasing Facebook ads. The average costs for us when we market on Facebook is about .40-.80 cents per 1,000 views. The cost can vary depending on how big of an audience you are sending to. The bigger the audience, the cheaper. Before paying for Facebook ads, make sure you do your homework on how to market ads on Facebook. Here is a great source you can use . Also, google Facebook ads and see what pulls up as there is a lot of free information out there explaining how to market yourself using Facebook paid ads. Below are some steps to take and we also provide you some free Facebook marketing material. Getting Started When beginning to market on Facebook using their paid ads, make sure you do your research on how to market on Facebook as we mentioned above. But, you need to first figure out who you are going to market your Facebook ad to. Your best bet is to market your ad to first time home buyers as most first time home buyers do not have a real estate agent and do not know where to begin. Our program is the perfect solution for them as we can set them up with a top agent who can help them with the real estate process. You can find out the specifics of a first time home buyer here . Once you know who you want to market your Facebook ad to, you would then need to set this up on your Facebook ad. Below is an example of setting up the ad. We picked to market to 30-40 year old's who are engaged in the sate of FL in which 93,000 people pulled up. You can get much more detailed than this from the actual industry they work in to hobbies that they might have an interest in. Figure out which market you would want to advertise your website to so you can get the best return. Marketing on Facebook takes time, collect the data and see what works best for you. Picking the right ad Once you have learned online how to market yourself on Facebook, you now need to come up with the right ad. Below are a few ads that were built by our graphic designer. These ads have worked for us and other Park Place Agents. Feel free to copy these ads and use them for yourself.

  • Referral Process | Park Place Realty Network

Go back to the last page here . The Referral Process There are multiple ways to send out referrals through Park Place. Below are the different scenarios on how to send out your referrals worldwide. What is a typical referral that you refer out? A typical referral is a friend, family or co-worker of one of our active agents that is looking to buy or sell any type of real estate, throughout the United States. You would refer out this referral here on our website and we will find a top agent in their market through our extensive database to make sure they are in the right hands. If you have an agent that you would like to use, we can use them as long as they are ok with our referral fee which is 25% for sales below $200,000 and 30% for anything higher. Can I refer out a lead I generated on the internet? Yes, you can refer out internet leads, but the process is a little different. In order to get out an internet lead, you would have to find the real estate agent to work your referral and get their broker to sign our referral agreement to move forward. Internet leads have a bad reputation in the real estate industry and have around a 10% closing ratio vs a friend/family that has a 60%+ closing ratio. We don't refer out your internet leads like we would a normal referral as agents we refer to won't take us as seriously on future referrals. You can turn internet leads into good referrals as long as you nurture the lead before referring it out to your agent. You would need an agent who knows how to work these types of leads, in many cases, a newer agent who has a lot of hustle. If you have an internet lead, refer it out here on our website and we will email you back the link on how to find a top agent. Park Place has several agents who refer out internet leads successfully. It's all in having the right systems in place. I have a referral that is an acquaintance that I have not talked to? In order for us to refer this out for you, you would need to contact this referral to make sure that they do want to work with a real estate agent in their market. If so, we can then handle everything for you. If you do not talk with them, you can still refer this out but you would need to find the real estate agent and have their broker sign our referral agreement. How can I refer out International referrals? If you have a referral that is looking to buy or sell real estate outside the U.S., refer it out here on our website and we will email you back all the details for international referrals. Once we receive the info from you, we will do the research and find a few top brokers in your referrals market and email you over these contacts. You would need to reach out to these brokers to make sure they are ok with our 25/30% referral fee depending on price. If they are ok with our referral fees and you want to work with them, email us their company name, agent name, phone and email address and we will then secure the referral agreement with the broker of the company. We do it this way as the majority of our agents speak the language to the referring country. How do I refer out other types of real estate besides residential? The guidelines above are all the same depending on if the referral is a family, friend, co-worker, internet lead or international referral. We can refer out all types of real estate the same way we do with residential real estate. There is no difference in the referral fee. You can get more details on referring out other types of real estate here .

  • Partner with a Top Agent | Park Place Realty Network

Marketing Guide Partner up with a Top Agent in your Local Market If you are wanting to find referral business in your local market, a great way to start is to partner with a top agent in your market. This agent can give you pointers on what they do to market themselves and how they find business. This will also be an easy transition to send the business back to them on any referrals that you find. Below are the steps on how to find this agent and to make sure you get the referral fee when sending your referrals to them. To find a top agent, use this tool here on realtor.com that will tell you who the top agents are in your market of interest. Type in the zip code and then sort the list by most sold listings. This will pull up all of the agents in that zip code with the most sold buyers/sellers first. This data goes back 2 years. Once you find an agent that you’d like to work with. Give them a call and introduce yourself. Tell them you are an active agent with Park Place Realty Network, a real estate referral company. Let them know that you would like to send them future referral business and that you can send them business just as long as they and their broker are ok with Park Place’s referral fee. Our referral fee is 25% for anything sold below $200,000 and 30% for anything sold higher than $200,000. If they are ok with this, then we can work with them. From here they should be motivated to work with you since you will be sending them back business. Get to know them better through a lengthy phone conversation, emails or even meet with them to have coffee. Ask them what makes them so successful and things that you can do to help generate referral business for them. Once you do come across a referral in your market, you would need to refer it out through us first before sending it on to your new found friend. Go to the member’s page of our website and click on “place a referral”. Enter in all of the details of your referral and all of the details of the agent that you’d like to use. We will then send your agent our referral agreement for their broker to sign like we do with any other referral. Once we get this back we will email your agent all of the referral’s info and let you know we have an executed agreement. If you want to focus on your local market, this is a great way to work with someone that has already figured it out. You will be happy as you are working with a mentor in your local market, the top Realtor will be happy as they know you will be sending them back referral business. If you live outside the state that you are licensed in, you can still talk with a top Realtor as we mention above. Just make sure you do not get involved in any type of real estate activity. You are just the middle man connecting a referral with another real estate agent. If you have any additional questions on any of this, please let us know!

  • Facebook Marketing | Park Place Realty Network

Marketing Guide How to market yourself with your personal Facebook page If you are going to use any of the guides, this is the one you should use consistently. Facebook is the top social media platform. Yes, there are many other social media pages out there, but you should always have Facebook as your top choice. Facebook currently has over 1.7 billion users worldwide. If you do not have Facebook, get it, you will be surprised at how many friends and family of yours are on Facebook. It is free to use, and a great way to stir up some referral real estate business as long as you do it right. Below is how you can get real estate referral business on Facebook, follow the steps below: Step 1. Start a Facebook account. If you do not have a Facebook account, get one. You can set up your account here . Once you have your profile set up, start finding all of your friends and family on Facebook. There are many guides that you can find on google.com that can help you if you need assistance on starting your account with Facebook. If you do not want to use your personal Facebook page, you can build a Facebook business page that way personal and business is separate. Here's a great blog on how to build a Facebook business page. Also, here is an example of what your Facebook Park Place business page should look like, you can copy this page or make it your own. *Business pages do get a lower response rate compared to a personal profile. Facebook wants you to pay to play as a "business". Step 2. Copy and paste our Facebook content to your page. If you have not 'Liked' our Facebook page, you can 'Like' it here or below. All of the content that we put on this page gets a very good response rate, especially for being a "business page" and not a personal profile. Once you have 'Liked' our page, copy our content and post this content to your personal Facebook profile for your friends and family to see. You should post this content to your page between 1-3 times per week to keep your contacts engaged. To copy our content, you can click the "share" button on one of our posts to post to your page. Once you share this content with your friends & family on a steady basis they will understand you are in the real estate business. The content that you are posting to them is not intrusive and they will start to see you as a real estate authority. People like good free information and don't like to be bombarded on a daily basis with pushy sales material. The content we have on our page is of beautiful homes or short to the point articles of the current real estate market. Below is our Facebook page where you can 'Like' from here or you could also copy the content. Scroll below this for step 3. Remember to always be consistent with your posts! Step 3. Post about yourself and what you do. The posts above are things to keep your friends and family interested and keep them knowing you are in real estate. The posts here in step 3 are about what you do as an agent at Park Place and how you can help them. Remember you are a real estate referral agent and you can help any of your friends and family who are looking to buy or sell real estate anywhere in the world, not just a small local market. You should be the first contact they make in their real estate venture. The main thing you can help them with is how the process works and who they need to talk to as we are able to set them up with the top real estate agent in their market. Most buyers don't know it costs them nearly nothing if anything at all to work with a real estate agent, as the buyer's agent gets paid from the seller not the buyer. In order for a seller to sell for top dollar and fast, they need to be working with the best agent in their market, not an agent that they found from a friend of a friend. This is what we specialize in, networking the best agents with the right prospects as we have the right data to find the top agents. Below are several posts. Copy the image and save it to your computer. The same goes for the content, copy and then paste this content into your personal Facebook profile page and add the image that you saved into your computer. Be sure to type in your personal website page (If you don't have your own website page yet, click here to set it up ). Only post these posts into your Facebook once every 1-2 weeks. Remember to always be consistent with your posts! *Below are several images that were made by our graphic designer that you can use for your Facebook page to market to your friends and family. Save these images in your computer by simply right clicking on them and hitting save. Then, add these images to your Facebook profile by following the instructions above. When adding the images above, you will also need to write in some text with your post. Below are a few examples that you can copy. These are just examples, feel free to write in what you would like. -Friends & Family, if you are looking to make a real estate purchase or sell anywhere in the world, please contact me so I can help you.
